Gameplay in Train Sim 2018 is very simple. In each level, you'll have to wait for all the passengers to board the train and then take them to their final destinations. But it won't be easy, because the tracks are dangerous and full of obstacles and setbacks you'll have to avoid or foresee while you also try to adjust your driving to the terrain.
